While NPAT has the capacity to train RCWs, it does not have the resources to employ them. Government, public and private sector companies need to sponsor these workers. To this end, NPAT seeks government and corporate sponsorship to deploy its RCWs where they are most effective, in their own communities. Sponsors can also offer facilities for training and/or eco-therapy trails.

If you believe, as NPAT does, that the future stability and prosperity of South Africa rests on healthy, stable and prosperous community life, we challenge you to get involved in this important development programme.

For a mere R35 000 a year, companies can sponsor a Restorative Community Worker engaged in full-time community work.

In this way, companies can make a real contribution to community development as part of their Corporate Social Investment programme.

VISION

Completing the journey

NPAT’s role is to restore safe, healthy and stable communities. It does so by training SAQA-accredited Restorative Community Workers (RCWs), finding sponsors for them and embedding them back into their communities.
